METHODS OF CARE
AN APPROCH THAT FITS YOU
At Interventions, we understand that everyone’s needs are different. That’s why we offer a variety of therapeutic approaches and treatment options, tailored to support each person’s unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll find an approach that feels right for you.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy can help you better understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected—and discover new ways to respond to life’s challenges.
You’ll learn ways to manage difficult emotions, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and develop healthier coping strategies.
Our goal is to help you gain practical tools, build confidence, and feel more in control of your life.
Psychotherapy
Sometimes, life can feel like more than you can handle on your own. Psychotherapy, or “talk therapy,” offers a safe and caring place to talk, be heard, and make sense of what you’re going through.
With the support of your therapist, you can better understand your thoughts and feelings, work through challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and life changes, and discover healthier ways to cope.
Our goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and better prepared to move forward.
Hypnotherapy (Hypnosis)
Hypnotherapy uses gentle relaxation and focused attention to help you explore thoughts, feelings, and patterns that may be holding you back.
In a calm, supportive setting, your therapist guides you through a deeply relaxed state while helping you develop healthier ways of thinking and responding.
Our goal is to help you create positive change and feel more confident moving forward.
Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP)
Our PRP program provides caring, practical support to help strengthen your daily living skills, and connect with the resources you need to live more independently.
We work alongside each person to coordinate services and connect you with helpful community resources and care. Our goal is to help each individual build greater independence, confidence, and quality of life.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a therapeutic approach that can help reduce the emotional distress associated with difficult or traumatic experiences.
EMDR may be helpful for people struggling with trauma and post-traumatic stress, as well as anxiety, depression, panic, and other concerns. With the guidance of a trained therapist, EMDR helps you process distressing memories in a safe and supportive environment so they feel less overwhelming.
Medication Management
Medication can be an important part of your mental health care. Our psychiatrists take the time to understand your needs, discuss treatment options with you, and prescribe medication when appropriate.
We carefully monitor your progress and medications, including any side effects, making adjustments when needed to support your well-being.
Our goal is to provide thoughtful, personalized care that helps you feel your best.
